“I am almost certain that if you're rushing the process of healing, or expansion of your abilities, you will create other deficiencies and other problems. Something that I spent quite a lot of time in mentorship with is "Eesai Orea," which means in Greek "You are beautiful." ""Orea," or beautiful comes from a root word which means time, but in the context of patience. So everything comes in the right time. So someone who is wise, someone who is beautiful, is someone who knows how to use time wisely for their development. You cannot force nature to go faster, it always develops in relation to the whole ecology. You are also an ecology, so how do you practice? Oftentimes people go to the gym to exercise and they rush their healing, they rush twelve week programs and see how quickly they can fix something and they create other problems in that process. You are not working only on the expansion of your spine and your rib cage and your breathing, you are working on understanding how to expand time. When you slow down in your practice, when you slow down the way you walk, the day expands. Time is not something that is objectively measured. Time can be really long or it can be very short, it depends what kind of relationship we have. I want you to create a relation to yourself that this exploration of how you can be moving and opening up becomes a journey that is informative and inspirational and can affect other domains of your life, rather than just your rib cage and your spine and your breathing. So opening up your rib cage and your spine and your breathing, and doing it in such a patient, timely way that you become beautiful.” ~Jozef Frucek
